  • Must have expertise with Merit’s core tools: Google Suite, Slack, Asana, HubSpot, Figma
  • Proven experience in marketing project and campaign management
  • Desire to manage multiple multi-faceted projects at once
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and keeping them to timelines
  • Experience managing outside contractors/agencies
  • Experience managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and executing contracts
  • Strong professional communication skills and business acumen - you will interface directly with clients and partners
Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing and communications plans that get people aware of and excited to participate in the program being offered – whether that’s use of Merit’s app/add-ons directly, or a partner’s program
  • Bring new ideas to the table. Every partnership is different, so while some tactics and even materials can be repurposed, many cannot
  • Define and measure KPIs for each business line and each implementation with an eye to constantly improve
  • Build and run surveys, derive insights, and report out action plan internally and externally
  • Write, edit, and/or design the materials as requirements evolve
