Responsibilities:

• Workplace Support: support day-to-day office operations, ensuring spaces are organized, functional, and equipped for employee needs. This includes managing supplies, office equipment, and addressing general office maintenance issues.
• Vendor Liaison: Act as a point of contact for external vendors, including food services, office supplies, and maintenance providers. Coordinate vendor deliveries, ensure timely service, and maintain strong relationships to support office needs.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires by preparing workstations, coordinating with IT for equipment setups, managing office tours, and providing new employees with essential information about the workplace environment.
• Company Swag Program: Manage the company’s swag program by coordinating the design, production, and distribution of branded items for employees, clients, and special occasions. Ensure the program aligns with the company’s culture and brand identity.
• Miscellaneous Office Needs: Handle other office-related tasks as needed, including managing internal communications related to workplace initiatives, troubleshooting minor facilities issues, and assisting with employee requests to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain a well-organized workspace.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while being flexible to shifting priorities.
• Experience in event planning, vendor management, and/or office coordination is a plus.
• A positive, service-oriented attitude with a focus on supporting the employee experience.
• Ability to adapt to changing office environments and handle various tasks on short notice.
• Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment as needed.
