Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 10+ years’ experience with programs for retail food safety & sanitation clients and demonstrated knowledge of the FDA Food Code
  • Additional consideration for Bachelor’s degree in environmental health, food science, food safety, or microbiology with 5 years experience
  • Certified Professional – Food Safety (CP-FS) credential from NEHA
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of time
  • Independent worker, self-starter
  • Collaborative team player - be able to establish solid working relationships with stakeholders and drive solutions as part of a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, professional manner suitable for internal and external audiences

Responsibilities
  • Food Safety Audit quality assurance functions, corrective actions, and communication of quality issues
  • Design and maintain training and instruction for corrective action, auditors, and other areas
  • Food safety account support and new account sales support
  • Maintain national food safety training and certification regulatory database
  • Maintenance for client management hierarchy for audit platform and other data support
  • Other duties as assigned by management
