Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required in a related field (e.g. education, information technology, business) or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years' consulting experience, with experience consulting to educational institutions, or experience in management or administration within an educational institution
  • Experience with e-learning course management technology, preferably Anthology Learn
  • Proven ability to handle multiple client engagements simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a geographically distributed virtual team environment and to build relationships with internal and external organizations
  • Dynamic, creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., education, information technology, business)
  • Previous experience in the educational technology industry
  • Background in content/knowledge management, digital asset management, as well as with education related technologies
  • A background in instructional design and/or online learning theory
  • Ability to deliver services in additional languages other than English
Responsibilities
  • Delivering onsite and remote Anthology product and best practices training
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting project status and performance
  • Conducting meetings with client sponsors and stakeholders
  • Identifying customer risks and communicating to leadership
  • Analyzing client needs and identifying Anthology products and services that align to these needs
  • Partnering with Sales, Marketing and Product Development to create customer solutions
  • Identifying unique requirements for large and strategic accounts and coordinate with other Anthology departments to ensure successful delivery
  • Managing a portfolio of clients that include strategic, consortia and complex clients
  • This role requires approximately 50% travel
