Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality.
  • A scientific degree is required, although candidates with a technical diploma and adequate operational experience will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of the 8D methodology.
  • Ability to analyze numerical data.
  • Knowledge of the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method.
  • Knowledge of primary metrology tools.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and their criteria.
  • Experience conducting internal and external audits in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of the industrial process from planning through customer delivery.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Good proficiency in Excel.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the correct application of Group standards by independently conducting field audits and serving as a point of reference for production stakeholders.
  • Manage and support problem resolution within the assigned area.
  • Calculate Production Defect Rate and lead improvement actions to reduce production defects.
  • Initiate the escalation process when necessary.
  • Access and analyze technical data in enterprise resource planning and other systems.
  • Contribute to continuous performance improvement.
  • Ensure the consistency of production-line operating instructions and validate their quality aspects.
  • Conduct product and process audits.
  • Manage product or process issues and coordinate their resolution.
  • Manage external complaints caused by production.
  • Ensure the interface between production and support functions and facilitate relationships when quality problems occur.
  • Analyze engines or components rejected during production, identify the causes of rejection, and liaise with external suppliers or relevant organizations.
  • Coordinate quality-related training activities for production personnel.
  • Coordinate the resolution of cross-functional problems across multiple sites.
  • Contribute to the product and process change procedure.
  • Work with Gap Leaders, maintenance, methods, production managers, supplier quality, engineering, and other Group sites.
