Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultative solution advisor with our clients, with a core focus on assisting the sales team in developing and closing new business opportunities
- Maintain expert knowledge of HighRadius solutions to ensure customers have appropriate expectations for products and services
- Create compelling maturity assessments, customer business cases and digital transformation roadmaps that translate to best-in-class customer solutions
- Parter with HighRadius sellers in identifying hurdles and challenges within and come up with appropriate strategies and action plans
- Aligning with various stakeholders in the prospect's organization and HighRadius internal teams (such as product, marketing, engineering, etc) to ensure we drive value for customers
- Attend industry events, such as user groups, trade shows, and conferences, to meet new prospects and customers
