Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a designated territory, allocating equal focus to client retention and new business generation.
  • Meet and surpass both renewal and upsell targets through proactive account management strategies.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for both renewal and upsell revenue streams.
  • Generate a robust pipeline of opportunities while nurturing and expanding relationships within the client base.
  • Identify, prioritise, and successfully close multiple opportunities and projects concurrently.
  • Proactively assess and manage risk factors across the client portfolio.
  • Collaborate with existing clients, offering education and support to maximise the value derived from Recorded Future products and encourage adoption of additional offerings.
