Required Skills
  • 10+ years relevant work experience with proven progressive career path
  • 5+ years of people management/team leadership experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field required
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial statements
  • NetSuite experience strongly preferred
  • Previous audit experience, especially through public accounting, is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to approach tasks hands-on and balance competing priorities
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS subscription business models is a plus
  • Proven track record of fostering relationships across all functions and levels throughout the company
  • Ability to embrace new technology, applications, and solutions in a fast-paced company
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the Corporate Accounting team
  • Lead the monthly close process across various accounting topics and teams
  • Review accounting workpapers and own internal control documentation
  • Drive scalability efforts in accounting processes through cross-functional partnering
  • Work cross functionally with other internal teams to gather data and resolve issues
  • Partner with the SEC and Technical Accounting team to review and provide corporate accounting schedules
  • Review variances between financial results month-over-month and quarter-over-quarter
  • Interact with external and internal auditors as the primary representative of the Corporate Accounting team
  • Perform other duties as assigned
