Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and at least 9 years of related information technology work experience are required; 9 years of experience with a high school diploma or college coursework may substitute for the degree.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio are required.
- Experience creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps is required.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visual design and wireframing tools is required.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML5 for rapid prototyping is required.
- Strong visual design skills and sensitivity to user-system interaction are required.
- Problem-solving ability, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail are required.
- Understanding of web standards, accessibility including Section 508, and usability is required.
- The candidate must be able to obtain a United States Postal Service clearance.
- Nine years of proven web design experience are required.
