Requirements
  • 2-4+ years of professional experience, with 1-2+ years of experience in GTM operations at a B2B SaaS company
  • Familiarity with being a Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience working at a product-led growth organization
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communicator, able to distill complexity into clear and concise messaging
  • Data-driven, knowing how to define, measure, and manage sales funnel metrics
  • Strong relationship builder, placing a high value on building strong relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to take start-to-finish ownership of outcomes
  • Bias to action, taking rapid and decisive steps forward even in the face of uncertainty
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to streamline processes and enhance workflows
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of revenue-related data across all systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
  • Manage documentation and process repositories, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, accessible, and clearly communicated to promote process compliance and best practices
  • Conduct enablement sessions for GTM teams to provide training on tools, processes, and best practices
  • Manage and maintain our GTM tech stack
