  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, Salesforce administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years experience in Salesforce across multiple orgs, with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud and ideally Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer I required; Advanced Administrator preferred
  • Experience in billing platforms, enterprise resource planning systems, marketing automation, data warehouses, or integration platform as a service tools
Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and develop solutions across our Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain and evolve a mature Sales Cloud foundation with strong pipeline instrumentation.
  • Help architect and scale an emerging Service Cloud landscape.
  • Provide end-to-end platform support, including user support, data quality management, complex automation, and custom development.
  • Partner across systems that integrate with Salesforce, including Zuora (billing and payments), Workato (integrations), Sage Intacct (ERP), Marketing Cloud, and Snowflake Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Understand and monitor how data flows between systems.
  • Troubleshoot integration and data sync issues when they arise.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Translate technical constraints into clear business terms.
  • Partner directly with key stakeholders, including Sales leadership, Service operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Build credibility and drive adoption through strong relationships and consistent follow-through.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Create clear specifications that internal or external developers can execute against.
  • Maintain durable documentation that supports future teammates and long-term platform scalability.
  • Work alongside our Zuora Business Systems Analyst and collaborate with contractors supporting the broader platform ecosystem.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the team.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture as the team grows and scales.
