Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 12 years of experience in business systems analysis, Salesforce administration, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of Salesforce experience across multiple organizations is required, including hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and ideally Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer I certifications are required.
  • Experience with billing platforms, enterprise resource planning systems, marketing automation, data warehouses, or integration-platform-as-a-service tools is required.
Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and develop solutions across the Salesforce environment.
  • Maintain and evolve the Sales Cloud foundation with strong pipeline instrumentation.
  • Help architect and scale the Service Cloud landscape.
  • Provide end-to-end platform support, including user support, data quality management, complex automation, and custom development.
  • Partner across systems that integrate with Salesforce, including Zuora, Workato, Sage Intacct, Marketing Cloud, and Snowflake EDW.
  • Understand and monitor data flows between systems.
  • Troubleshoot integration and data synchronization issues.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and technical constraints into clear business terms.
  • Partner directly with sales leadership, service operations, finance, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Build credibility and drive adoption through stakeholder relationships and consistent follow-through.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements and new capabilities.
  • Create clear specifications for internal or external developers.
  • Maintain durable documentation supporting future teammates and long-term platform scalability.
  • Work alongside the Zuora business systems analyst and collaborate with contractors supporting the broader platform ecosystem.
  • Share knowledge and best practices across the team.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Ideally, hands-on experience with Service Cloud.
