Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sophisticated global sourcing strategy for eBay’s fashion segment, focusing on innovative recommerce inventory acquisition.
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish high-impact strategic partnerships to unlock new Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) opportunities.
  • Expand Cross Border Trade and Consignment capabilities, exploring and implementing new business models and channels.
  • Lead and synchronize efforts across Product Management, Category Management, International Teams, Analytics, and Marketing to align the sourcing strategy with broader business objectives.
  • Assess and decide on build, buy, or partner strategies to enhance operational capabilities and drive market demand.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team dedicated to revolutionizing eBay’s fashion sourcing strategies.
