Solvents Supervisor

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead solvents department employees
• Ensure safety though engagement. Ensure equipment is maintained in safe working condition and all safety protocols are adhered to.
• Issue discipline as needed to ensure compliance with Brenntag procedures.
• Drive efficiency through process and equipment improvements. Ensure resources are properly allocated and all team members contribute to the output of the department.
• Contribute to root cause analysis for safety and quality issues/investigations
• Ensure inventory variances are tracked and minimized.

Your Profile

Education and Experience:

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience required
• 5-10 years of leadership experience required
• 5-10 years in chemical distribution industry preferred
