Requirements
  • A university or college degree, typically a bachelor's degree, is required, although a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 5 years of industry-relevant experience is typically required.
  • Knowledge of application design, architecture, business intelligence, data architecture, data governance, data mining, emerging technologies, informatics or information sciences, IT standards, procedures and policies, data/process/event/object modeling, and root cause analysis.
  • Technical aptitude to review architectural designs, data sources, and solution testing.
  • Ability to apply policies, procedures, and playbook requirements to Standards of Care submissions and validate completeness, evidence sufficiency, and governance alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Own and independently execute GenAI Standards of Care evaluations for complex and high-impact use cases.
  • Ensure the technical integrity of solutions and independently verify testing and related work.
  • Support development and enhancement of reports and dashboards for tracking progress.
  • Provide structured, actionable Standards of Care feedback to solution owners and governance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to refining Standards of Care processes, tools, and documentation based on execution insights.
  • Link Standards of Care findings to enterprise-level trends to connect use-case execution with portfolio oversight.
  • Escalate systemic issues when analytics and execution data indicate broader governance risk.
  • Provide thought leadership on governance process improvements or intake changes that can reduce risk and workload.
  • Manage and develop information systems for clients and conduct data-information analysis for studies under organizational standards.
  • Develop strategies for data implementation, data acquisition, and archive recovery.
  • Advise business, application, and operations counterparts to support data integrity and availability.
  • Structure environments and create logical storage units to map database elements into logical units based on size and physical location.
  • Implement and support technologies for managing and using multiple information sources, formats, and uses.
  • Resolve data integration and security issues to meet organizational quality standards.
  • Research customer needs and conduct awareness and promotional sessions for potential customers.
  • Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives and activities in accordance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

EXL secures $1B credit facility to fuel M&A and shareholder returns

EXL, a global data and AI company, has closed a new $1 billion senior secured credit facility with PNC Bank as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and TD Bank served as joint lead arrangers. The facility increases EXL's borrowing capacity from $600 million and includes a $400 million term loan and up to $600 million in revolver borrowings. The five-year agreement includes an accordion feature allowing expansion equal to the greater of $470 million or 100% of trailing four-quarter EBITDA, expiring on 18 August 2031. Chief financial officer Maurizio Nicolelli said the expanded debt capacity provides flexibility for targeted mergers and acquisitions whilst continuing to return capital to shareholders under the company's $500 million share repurchase authorisation.

Superior Group amends $200M credit facilities, extends maturity to 2031

Superior Group of Companies has amended and extended its senior secured credit facilities with PNC Bank and a syndicate of lenders. The $200 million financing structure comprises a $125 million revolving credit facility and a $75 million term loan. The five-year agreement extends the company's debt maturity from August 2027 to August 2031. Superior Group retains the option to request up to an additional $75 million in incremental capacity. Michael Koempel, president and chief financial officer, said the arrangement provides flexibility to support the company's capital allocation strategy and growth initiatives across its segments. The amended facilities are unchanged in size from the prior agreement. Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027.
