Requirements
  • Have at least some prior exposure to welding or welding processes.
  • Be able to use and read a tape measure and square.
  • Be able to work overtime.
  • Be able to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day with minimal break periods, and sit or walk as needed.
  • Be able to regularly lift raw material, workpieces, or finished weldments weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Be comfortable performing the repetitive movements required for finish grinding operations.
Responsibilities
  • Perform production metal inert gas welding operations.
  • Read blueprints as needed to reference basic part features, dimensions, and tolerances.
  • Complete inspection and quality processes as required for each weldment.
  • Troubleshoot or adjust the machine as needed to maintain weld quality.
  • Maintain production rate and speed consistently across jobs or parts.
  • Perform routine daily cell and machine maintenance.

Wisconsin Metal Parts announces expansion. Wisconsin Metal Parts LLC has signed a lease for a new 90,000-sq.-ft. facility in Waukesha, Wis. This additional facility will provide expanded capacity to support current customers, future growth initiatives, and ongoing investments in advanced manufacturing technologies. The company anticipates taking possession of the facility, currently configured as a warehouse, in August 2026. Upgrades and infrastructure improvements will be made before production activities begin. Wisconsin Metal Parts is a contract manufacturer offering precision metal stamping, sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, assembly, and tooling.

Doubling its manufacturing space - WMP is expanding! June 16th, 2026 Wisconsin Metal Parts announces expansion into new 90,000-square-foot manufacturing facility. Wisconsin Metal Parts, Inc. has officially signed a lease for a new 90,000-square-foot facility located at 2100 Airport Rd, Waukesha WI! This marks a significant milestone in Wisconsin Metal Parts' continued growth and long-term investment in manufacturing operations. The additional facility will significantly increase its manufacturing footprint and its capacity to support current customers, future growth initiatives, and ongoing technological advancements. "This expansion reflects our commitment to serving our customers and positioning Wisconsin Metal Parts for the future," said President Andy Kolokoski. "As demand for our services continues to grow, this facility will provide the space needed to support additional manufacturing capability and capacity." The facility is currently configured as a warehouse, and will have to undergo upgrades and infrastructure improvements prior to production activities and its team fully moving in. "This investment demonstrates our confidence in both our team and the markets we serve," said Derek Drage, Director of Sales. "We are building for the future and ensuring that we can continue delivering the quality, responsiveness, and manufacturing expertise our customers expect."
