Responsibilities
  • Establish a compelling vision and strategic roadmap for wealth management initiatives at Schwab, aligning with overall business objectives
  • Create and manage the offer roadmap, prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources to achieve strategic goals
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs, expectations, and pain points of clients and advisors in advice and wealth management
  • Assess the competitive environment, industry trends, and Schwab's current strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership on opportunities to enhance the end-to-end client experience and drive business growth
  • Design robust business cases, including market sizing, economic analysis, and financial projections, to justify strategic investments. Define clear success metrics to track progress and measure impact
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to senior leadership to influence strategic direction and secure buy-in for key initiatives
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-enterprise business partners, stakeholders, executives, and client-facing representatives to drive collaboration and alignment
