Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience with open-source intelligence products.
  • Hands-on experience producing ad creatives for Meta, Snapchat, and Google campaigns.
  • Experience managing multi-format, high-volume creative pipelines.
  • A strong portfolio of performance-driven digital ads with metrics such as spend, cost per acquisition, and return on investment.
  • Deep understanding of Meta and Google advertising policies and compliance, including restricted content categories, misleading ad design rules, and personal-attributes limitations.
  • Experience keeping high-volume advertising accounts in good standing.
  • Ability to assess before launch whether a creative will pass platform review and redesign noncompliant concepts without losing conversion power.
  • Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms and creative performance metrics, including cost per acquisition, return on investment, click-through rate, and spend concentration.
  • Hands-on daily use of artificial intelligence tools for image generation, video generation, avatars and user-generated content, and scripting.
  • Ability to evaluate creative quality objectively against performance data.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and high standards for quality and execution.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and directly, act on feedback promptly, and enforce structure, compliance, and creative discipline.
Responsibilities
  • Personally produce ad creatives, including concepts, hooks, scripts, and finished assets, alongside the team.
  • Own end-to-end ad creative production execution across static, video, user-generated content, motion, and artificial intelligence-generated formats.
  • Serve as the final approval authority for creatives before testing or launch.
  • Ensure creatives meet brand and visual standards, pixel-perfect design requirements, platform-specific best practices and compliance requirements for Meta, Snapchat, and Google, clear user-interface and visual hierarchy standards, and performance-oriented execution requirements.
  • Design, enforce, and continuously improve the creative production workflow.
  • Monitor creative work during production and resolve execution risks, quality issues, and bottlenecks.
  • Maintain production speed without sacrificing quality and keep production traceable in a single tracking system.
  • Provide continuous written feedback to producers and designers throughout production and guide creatives to prevent rework and quality regressions.
  • Lead ideation and conceptualization of new ad creatives.
  • Translate strategic direction and performance insights into creative briefs.
  • Stay current with artificial-intelligence-driven creative tools, formats, and industry trends.
  • Work with User Acquisition Managers to understand creative performance signals and incorporate performance feedback into creative improvements and future concepts.
  • Support testing strategies by delivering clear, test-ready creative variations.
  • Research competitor creatives across consumer technology markets and benchmark creative quality, formats, hooks, and execution approaches.
  • Apply relevant competitor insights to improve internal creative standards.
  • Coordinate execution between producers, designers, and User Acquisition Managers to ensure alignment, clear expectations, and smooth handoffs.
  • Provide management with regular updates on creative pipeline status, production velocity, and quality consistency.
  • Own creative execution outcomes and continuously raise standards.
  • Manage a team of a creative producer and designers.
