Night Auditor

As Night Auditor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience, even while the city sleeps. You’ll handle late check-ins and early departures, reconcile daily transactions, and support the smooth running of night operations across the hotel.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment, has a head for numbers, and takes pride in delivering warm, professional service no matter the hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee late-night guest check-ins, departures, and enquiries with efficiency and care.

• Complete nightly audit of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy of daily transactions.

• Balance and reconcile room revenue, bar and restaurant takings, and other hotel charges.

• Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.

• Work closely with the Night Manager to maintain safety, security, and smooth operations.

• Deliver exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Salary: £27,315 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
