Requirements
  • 4+ years selling to large, complex enterprise organizations
  • 3+ years sales leadership experience in a high-tech startup environment
  • Prior success in B2B or SaaS sales management
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
Responsibilities
  • Own, build and optimize new sales processes to maximize enterprise sales growth
  • Identify strategic opportunities for expansion of accounts, market, or BoomPop services within enterprise organizations
  • Lead pre-sales and post-sales customer experience for enterprise customers
  • Manage sales pipeline to proactively ensure sales goals are met
  • Collaborate with growth, marketing, operations, and product to ensure excellent and efficient sales performance
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand BoomPop’s customer base within enterprise customers
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
  • Observe and understand competitor landscape and trends, and enact improvements
  • Closely track and report on sales results to stakeholders and provide key takeaways and feedback
  • Identify and oversee targeted prospecting activities for new accounts and account expansion
  • Oversee sales and customer data to ensure accurate customer data and sales reporting
  • Negotiate and manage all contracts and contract processes
