- Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Experience in accounts receivable processes including invoicing, aging, applying payments, and reconciling accounts receivable
- Experience preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting
- Ability to prepare customer invoices and aging statements
- Experience with cash and credit card reconciliation
- Experience with multiple point-of-sale systems
- Proficiency with general ledger reconciliation
- Ability to perform variance and trend analysis versus plans and previous years
- Ability to prepare and distribute daily sales reporting to management
- Ability to assist with reporting for performance dashboards and key performance indicators for Finance Executive Team and client analytics
- Experience performing duties with limited supervision and as part of a finance team
- Prepare daily sales entries using multiple source point-of-sale systems
- Daily reconciliation of cash and credit card transactions
- Prepare and distribute invoices to designated customers for timely payment
- Review receivables for accuracy and resolve variances
- Perform variance and trend analysis versus plans as well as prior years
- Prepare and distribute daily reporting to management for sales including items sold, sales by stand, and cashier activity
- Assist with reporting to support performance dashboards and key performance indicators for Finance Executive Team and client analytics as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Experience in the sports/venue/arena industry preferred
- Experience with Ball Arena or similar venue sales systems preferred
- Experience with preparing sales projections and budget to actual analyses
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Higher level certifications (CPA, CMA) preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
