Project Manager

What you will get to do:

• Manage new development feasibility studies, budgets, and schedules to deliver land inventory needed to meet growth goals
• coordinate all consultants, vendors, and engineers to oversee the development due diligence process and documentation
• Maintain lot inventory tracking
• Refine and implement development department standards to ensure quality and consistency across the portfolio of communities
• Coordinate HOA set up and governing documents
• Maintain project files for individual development projects
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and construction in the course of daily duties

What will make you successful:

• 2+ years of experience in land development or project management
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Experience working on projects for cities, counties and municipalities preferred
• Excellent grammar, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
• Able to work proactively and independently
• Bachelors degree preferred
