- A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Network Security, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- At least one year of experience in software development and maintenance, including systems and equipment support and test and evaluation support.
- Candidates with software or computer-focused degrees must be actively working toward an accepted software engineering or vendor/platform-specific certification within 18 months of assuming duties.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense SECRET Security Clearance.
- Ability to support complex engineering and software development tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Support software development, maintenance, and engineering tasks across project efforts.
- Assist with systems and equipment support, troubleshooting, and sustainment.
- Contribute to test and evaluation activities, reporting, and documentation.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to develop, refine, and validate technical solutions.
- Apply engineering principles to support modeling, analysis, system assessments, and technical workflow improvement.
- Collaborate with government and contractor personnel to meet project objectives and timelines.
- Experience with Department of War C4ISR, maintenance, logistics, or business systems is strongly preferred; relevant industry experience supporting complex solutions may be considered with COR approval.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
