What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for helping to design and execute the strategy which will fuel our company’s growth by creating more opportunities to deploy our software to customers who need it.
You’ll be on the front-lines of the business, identifying and engaging prospective customers, building trust and confidence in our team’s understanding and appreciation for the problems they actually care about, and then creating opportunities for our teams to work together.
Develop sales munitions (runbooks, demo paths, sales materials, etc) and tradecraft which will position our team for rapid and effective growth.
You’ll be working as a member of capable, cross-functional teams to ensure that in addition to hitting our growth goals, we are building feedback loops between key aspects of our team and business in order to continually improving our ability to deliver for our customers.
Who you are
You have experience in selling medical billing and/or working with CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders or Billing Managers.
You have experience designing and executing sales, growth and/or business development strategies as either an early member of a startup team, or in an adaptive growth-oriented role in a larger institution.
You are fundamentally low-ego, you care more about outcomes than inputs, and are embody operational excellence in your approach.
You communicate exceptionally well, both in written and spoken modes.
You are motivated by the prospect of overcoming the daunting challenges that will lay ahead in order to achieve our mission and goals as a team.
In the ideal case, you have deep experience driving business development the healthcare startup ecosystem, though deep domain experience is not a prerequisite for this role.
Pay Transparency
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $250,000 - $350,000. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position will also include equity, and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
