What you will do:
As the Director of Demand Generation, you will lead a team of marketers focused on driving multi-channel demand generation efforts aligned with our business goals and revenue targets. This is a leadership role with responsibility managing and developing a team of high-performing demand generation marketers. We embrace player-coaches and pride ourselves on hiring people who can roll up their sleeves and get stuff done! You will have a direct impact on our company’s growth through the creation of demand generation programs and the execution of cross-functional lead-management processes. This role will have a heavy focus on digital marketing efforts in 2025, including developing and executing B2B and ABM strategies.
Where you will have impact:
o Strategy Development: Developing an optimal mix of full-funnel campaign strategies, campaign frameworks for various audience segments, and driving a process to ensure on-going campaign performance improvements
o Strategy Execution: Executing initiatives to drive lead generation through integrated campaigns with tactics that include ABM, email, paid media/SEM, webinars, etc.
o Performance Management: Building bottoms-up targets for each function within Demand Generation and then monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics to understand the effectiveness of each campaign. Own program, channel, and campaign-level reporting to assess what’s working (and what’s not) and why. This is a highly analytical role.
o Lead Management: Managing and optimizing the lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes to ensure we have an efficient funnel across the marketing and sales ecosystem
o Sales Team Alignment: Collaborating with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively nurtured and handed off, and that feedback from sales is used to refine future demand generation strategies.
o Budget Management: Managing the demand generation budget, making sure that resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum ROI.
o Conversion Optimization: Testing and optimizing landing pages and lead generation forms to improve conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests across channels and on our web properties to maintain an always-learning model.
o Marketing Operations: Partner with marketing operations to ensure proper design of our martech infrastructure including lead scoring, routing, nurturing and A/B testing activities
Who you are:
o Data-driven operator with success building demand generation plans across multiple channels, geos, and market segments while delivering against aggressive growth targets
o Strong leader with attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence in execution of programs
o Analytical thinker with skills to uncover insights that you incorporate into your team’s initiative roadmap
o Deep marketing channel expertise spanning paid media, webinars, field events, account-based marketing (ABM) with knowledge of how to use these leads to drive pipeline
o A love for marketing funnel analytics and ROI measurement with a high level of comfort in hands-on performance analysis
o Expertise in Hubspot, Salesforce, and Google Analytics is required. With 6sense a plus.
o Experience managing paid media (SEM / social / display)
o Experience managing email marketing (lifecycle, nurtures, automation, sales sequences)
o Experience managing field marketing (events, webinars, conferences)
o Ability to develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies that encompass both online and offline tactics
o Strong track record of collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategy with demand gen and pipeline goals
o Proven experience building and scaling demand generation functions for high growth, B2B SaaS companies. EasyPost ranges from small business ecommerce to enterprise targeted accounts.
o 12+ years of total work experience
o 7+ years of digital demand gen/growth marketing experience
