Lead and manage the used car sales team to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

Oversee the acquisition, appraisal, and pricing of pre-owned vehicles for sale.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize inventory turnover and profitability.

Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.

Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly.

Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

 

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of success in used car sales and dealership operations.

Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.

Proficiency in dealership CRM and inventory management systems.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
