Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for code review, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of the system. Provide excellent customer service directly to factory engineering teams. Investigate system issues and support internal customer requests. Trace and understand existing source code written by others. Perform thorough simulation testing for all releases prior to deployment. Thoroughly document each step of the change point management process. Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotational basis with other members of the team. Attend occasional conference calls with South Korean counterparts. (Multiple Openings)

Skills and Qualifications:

Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field; and 60 months of experience in the job offered.
