  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally with a focus on data-driven, optimization, or AI-powered products in adtech, martech, or related fields
  • Comfortable working with data science, machine learning, or AI-driven systems; able to bridge technical depth with business application
  • Understanding of retail media networks, digital advertising ecosystems, or media buying workflows is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to partner with data engineers, scientists, API developers, and commercial teams to bring complex products to market
  • Skilled at interpreting large datasets, validating accuracy, and turning complex signals into actionable decisions
  • Experience (or strong interest) in GenAI/agentic AI and applying emerging technologies to improve forecasting, optimization, and recommendations
  • Able to set product vision, establish OKRs, and drive execution across multiple dependencies in a fast-moving space
  • Excellent communicator who can distil technical complexity into compelling narratives for sales, advertisers, and executives
  • Adept at managing priorities, navigating ambiguity, and iterating quickly based on feedback and results
Responsibilities
  • Own and scale the core intelligence products that power Roundel’s media business
  • Shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver high-impact capabilities that directly influence Roundel’s revenue and advertiser outcomes
  • Partner closely with data scientists, engineers, and partner teams to design scalable systems and intelligent models
  • Collaborate with sales, GTM and other product teams to ensure these products translate into real-world value for advertisers
  • Continuously refine products based on adoption, performance, and market feedback
  • Play a pivotal role in advancing the sophistication of forecasting, optimization, and recommendation engines
  • Influence how advertisers plan, invest, and win on Target’s platform
