Titan Wealth partners with Scimitar Sportswear for WearThenShare(TM) Zimbabwe rugby tour.

Titan Wealth partners with Scimitar Sportswear for WearThenShare(TM) Zimbabwe rugby tour. 0 207 2 minutes read Fast-growing, fully integrated wealth management firm Titan Wealth is partnering with Scimitar Sportswear to help deliver community-focused programme WearThenShare(TM) in Zimbabwe. The overseas visit represents an important milestone for the WearThenShare(TM) programme, an initiative established by Scimitar in the UK last year to extend the life of performance sportswear by repurposing surplus and pre-loved kit and redistributing it to grassroots clubs and communities where access to quality sporting apparel can be limited. Through partnerships with Rugby Recycled and the Tag Rugby Trust, thousands of garments have already been redirected away from landfill and placed back into active use, helping support teams, schools and community programmes across the UK rugby landscape. Now, Titan Wealth are helping enable the logistical and operational elements required to extend the initiative's impact to Zimbabwe, where donated sportswear will be distributed to local clubs and young players. Furthermore, the visit will create opportunities for coaching sessions and community engagement that highlight the positive impact sport can have within developing rugby communities. WearThenShare(TM) reflects Titan Wealth's commitment to supporting charitable programmes that deliver meaningful social impact through sport, sustainability and community. Sharing a passion for teamwork, discipline, resilience and planning, Titan believes that sport, like financial planning, can enable individuals and their families and communities to lead richer, fuller lives. Mike Fogden, Chief Marketing Officer, Titan Wealth, said: "Supporting initiatives that deliver tangible benefits to communities is an important part of our wider commitment within our Sports division. The WearThenShare(TM) programme demonstrates how collaboration between organisations can create meaningful opportunities within grassroots sport. We are proud to partner with Scimitar and its wider programme partners to help extend the reach of a powerful programme that is already making a real difference within local sporting communities." Jon Rew, Managing Director, Scimitar, commented: "Support from partners such as Titan Wealth plays a vital role in enabling initiatives like WearThenShare(TM) to grow and reach new communities. Their involvement helps ensure the programme can expand internationally and continue delivering positive impact through sport." The visit will also see collaboration with long time programme partners Rugby Recycled (led by Gareth Simpson of Saracens), the Tag Rugby Trust (founded and run by Martin Brockman), and Scrum5ive (pioneered by Andy Daniel), all of whom have played key roles in helping deliver the programme across grassroots UK rugby. The programme will be supported on the ground by major rugby content creator and influencer Max Brown (@maxbrownyo). Brown has been closely involved with the WearThenShare(TM) initiative throughout its initial journey and will help deliver kit donations, engage with local teams and document the experience through a series of video and social media updates. Content captured during the visit will be shared across both Titan Wealth and Scimitar channels.

Titan Wealth launches sports division targeting elite athletes.

Titan Wealth launches sports division targeting elite athletes. Titan Wealth has launched a dedicated sports division, designed to support professional athletes, sports organisations and executives with tailored financial planning, career transition pathways and corporate benefits. The firms intends to do this by acting as an extension of a sports club's HR and Benefits team, providing specialist advice and governance on workplace pensions and a range of employee benefits, including health & wellbeing. Titan will also provide support to industry professionals, including through business owner pensions, business protection, and corporate investment options. A core pillar of the division is Titan Wealth's Financial Adviser Academy, a structured platform supporting elite athletes as they prepare for transition into post-pitch financial services careers. Ethan Waller, a sports wealth adviser at Titan Wealth and former Northampton Saints Premiership player, says: "Having spent more than a decade playing professional rugby, I know first-hand how important it is to plan for the future while you are still competing. "Many athletes focus entirely on performance in the moment, but having the right financial guidance and support early in your career can make a huge difference later on in life. The Sports Division is about giving players the knowledge, tools and opportunities they need to succeed both on and off the pitch."
