Requirements
  • Significant experience with UX methodology, user research, and UX project management.
  • Ability to evaluate prototype quality at every stage, from concept through detailed digital design.
  • Good digital literacy and a strong interest in problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Optimal Workshop, UserTesting.com, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, and Figma.
Responsibilities
  • Support project teams methodologically and organizationally in user research for user tests and studies.
  • Participate in setting up and monitoring user tests and studies and ensure they run smoothly.
  • Contribute to improving internal digital products for all site employees through continuous communication with other teams.
  • Use a hybrid methodology incorporating quantitative and qualitative methods.
  • Contribute to design-thinking phases and collaborative workshops.
  • Participate in enriching the UX strategy to be adopted.
