Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Work with internal Valeris teams and prospective clients to develop solutions addressing product or program unmet needs and demonstrate value for each.
  • Lead research on products, competitors, and current offerings for existing products.
  • Analyze product needs and client goals to develop proposed solutions that address needs while considering risks, opportunities, and regulatory compliance; identify value for all client stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and request-for-proposal responses supporting proposed solutions.
  • Participate in meetings with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with Pharmacy Operations and Commercial Operations to develop solutions and meaningful service levels, including key performance indicators and service-level agreements, that measure solution value and performance.
  • Participate in implementing new clients and services to ensure contracted solutions are delivered according to Valeris’s transition guarantee.
  • Monitor the client portfolio to ensure solutions continue providing value, identifying opportunities to enhance solutions as products and services mature.
  • Evaluate operational processes for efficiency and recommend ways to leverage technology and people for increased effectiveness and value.
  • Maintain and promote a positive learning environment in training settings.
  • Adhere to training deadlines and corporate policies for confidential-data access and handling.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed consistently across training delivery and documentation.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks or projects.
