Requirements
  • Actively pursuing a BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Healthcare Management, Project Management or related degree at an accredited college or university
  • Ability to work the hours set forth by the Summer Internship Program, 40 hours per week from June 5th-August 11th
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S., without future visa sponsorship requirements
Responsibilities
  • Opportunity to perform innovative work for multiple lines of business
  • Supports claim research and trend analysis
  • Works with internal matrix partners to triage issues and submit work requests
  • Collaborate with and assist SMEs in prompt claims resolution through direct contact with providers, claims, pricing, and other internal business partners
  • Participating in special project and/or ad-hoc project work consistent with department responsibilities, as determined by the needs of the business
Desired Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Access and Excel
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral
  • Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
  • Excellent Public Speaking and Presentation skills
