About the role

Angi is looking for a dynamic and fast paced individual to join our B2B marketing team to focus on content planning and execution. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing plans, projects, and deliverables. This individual will be driven and incredibly organized. They will excel and grow in multiple areas including marketing and design, partner relations and campaign management.

What you’ll do

• Manage and support content, copy, and coordination for B2B Marketing
• Create, manage, and send content to Pros via various channels (email, SMS, internal messaging) 
• Write copy to support various channels and campaigns (i.e. newsletter, triggered, product updates, rep 1:1, how-to articles, email, internal messaging)
• Collaborate closely with other business departments including, copywriters, designers, product, sales, and customer care
• Create and execute in-product messages to educate pros and drive actions
• Provide technical and platform support to the B2B Marketing team (Pardot permissions, JIRA board management)
• Manually upload lists across email CRMs, publish all programs, and oversee quality assurance
• Compile monthly campaign performance reports and complete competitive analysis for content 
• Continually optimize subject lines, content and audiences to maximize open rates, click rates and conversion rates
• Use strategic problem-solving skills to ensure successful campaign launches and make recommendations to improve or optimize existing campaigns (both email & internal messaging)
• Help in the creation of documentation and FAQs to support internal enablement

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field 
• 2+ years of professional experience in B2B marketing
• Experience writing copy for B2B marketing and writing about complex business models
  
• Must have excellent written and communication skills, and be extremely detail-oriented
• Experience writing for a pro/small business owner user base a plus
• CRM experience preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to monitor multiple projects simultaneously and overcome obstacles
• Ability to handle quick change and short turnaround times on high priority tasks
• Demonstrated ability to interpret in-depth analysis and uncover actionable insight
• Eager to work efficiently with cross-functional teams in a very fast paced environment
• High aptitude for learning new skills and the willingness to tackle new challenges

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary band for this position rangesfrom $50,000 to $75,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
• This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
