Requirements
  • 5+ years of work experience in Compensation
  • Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong planning, project management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills (SQL knowledge a plus)
Responsibilities
  • Independently drive initiatives to refine and evolve Brex’s compensation model
  • Manage Compensation projects from benchmarking to maintaining market positioning
  • Lead annual merit cycle for pay parity and competitive compensation
  • Promote understanding of compensation philosophies across the organization
  • Measure and track key compensation and hiring-related indicators
  • Partner with business leaders to refine roles and incentive models
  • Produce ad hoc analyses for senior leadership
  • Support completion of regulatory compliance reports
  • Conduct cost modeling for leadership decision-making
