Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management is required.
  • Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership is required.
  • Experience in Go-to-Market functions is required.
  • Experience in people management, including developing teams, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Center of Excellence for search commercialization and ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy across core products, ad solutions, and the broader digital ecosystem.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Product Management, Client Success, Product Solutions, Marketing, and Ads Leadership to align on global go-to-market initiatives and commercial priorities.
  • Collaborate with Product leads on early-stage product launches, evaluate business implications, and build go-to-market plans for enterprise advertisers and partners.
  • Develop and lead senior product leads while scaling commercial pillars including executive advocacy, AI search narratives, and next-generation ad launches.
  • Oversee global upskilling and training initiatives for sales representatives and leadership, and lead change management to support product adoption and commercial growth.
  • Set go-to-market strategy, shape priorities and resources to accelerate Search business growth, and commercialize next-generation Consumer and Ads products.
  • Represent customers, advocate for product requirements, equip go-to-market teams to navigate Search evolution, drive customer trust and success, and provide thought leadership at scale.
  • Build go-to-market infrastructure, including tooling, business-skills development, and execution and operations aligned with business outcomes and priorities.

  • Ability to influence executive leadership, deliver data-driven strategic storytelling, and balance consumer experience with advertiser value.
  • Track record of delivering high-impact global programs on tight timelines within a large corporate environment.
