Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team
  • Ensure and maintain high levels of Arc’teryx standards of workmanship and efficiency
  • Verify daily production requirements and monitor job progress
  • Monitor raw material inventory and coordinate replenishment
  • Facilitate effective and productive communications within the team and outside the team
  • Ensure accurate employee timesheets and properly coded timework
  • Operate various types of machinery as required
  • Ensure work orders are completed in a timely fashion
  • Promote a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
