Responsibilities
  • Design and conduct user interviews, surveys, and feedback collection to gather qualitative insights, understanding user needs, motivations, and pain points.
  • Develop targeted user testing for specific user groups or product features to ensure valuable feedback is gathered.
  • Establish key data metrics and an analytical framework to ensure the accuracy and completeness of product and user data.
  • Analyze user behavior and preferences by combining quantitative data (e.g., usage data, conversion rates) and qualitative insights.
  • Utilize basic analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) for data collection and analysis, identifying key user experience issues.
  • Based on user research findings and behavioral data, create actionable product optimization strategies, such as feature adjustments, UI enhancements, and onboarding flow improvements.
  • Identify key product improvement opportunities and provide data-backed support to the product team, enhancing user retention and engagement.
  • Conduct regular user testing and collect feedback to validate optimization strategies.
  • Monitor core improvement metrics (e.g., retention rates, conversion rates) and continuously adjust product strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn research insights and feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Communicate user needs and insights to the product development team, ensuring product design aligns with user expectations and needs.
