About the Role:
The Discovery Neuromodulation Team is actively seeking a highly motivated Science Intern to contribute to our efforts. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the team’s research and scoping of new digital therapeutic indications, as well as assisting in ongoing projects such as Schizophrenia, Migraine, and Depression.
As a Science Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and learn from a talented and dedicated team. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive scientific literature reviews, assisting in the development of research studies, and supporting the creation of prescription digital therapeutics. Collaboration with other teams, such as Business Development and Product Teams, will be essential to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
This position is based out of Click’s headquarters located in Tribeca, NYC, at the center of one of the fastest-growing digital health communities. This is a hybrid internship in which you will come to the office Tuesday and Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive scientific literature reviews to inform new digital therapeutic
indications
- Participating in meetings and presentations, contributing to discussions and providing
constructive feedback
- Supporting the team in the development and implementation of protocols and
experiments
- Collaborating with other teams such as the Business Development Team and the
Product Teams to ensure the seamless execution of projects
- Assisting the Science Team in various research tasks, including data collection and
analysis
- Staying up to date with the latest developments in digital therapeutics and relevant
scientific fields
Qualifications:
- Rising Junior or Senior undergrad
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. Psychology,
Neuroscience, Biology)
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Compensation: $22/hr
Hours and Duration:
This is a part-time, 30 hours/week position. The internship will have a duration of 11 weeks, from May 15th - July 26th 2024.
