Requirements
  • 1-2 years of technical writing experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign and knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must possess good oral and written communication skills, the ability to organize and prioritize work, as well as work with all levels of management and employees in a team environment.
  • Must work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and update a variety of forms in response to governmental procurement opportunities. Maintain pre-qualification information for various governmental agencies and clients.
  • Create customized Statements of Qualifications and presentation materials based on client and project requirements.
  • Assist in drafting text and producing graphics for proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Maintain and periodically revise all marketing materials. Research and draft project descriptions, and design new project profiles as needed.
  • Update and maintain website and intranet content, including project experience and news updates.
  • Assist in writing, designing, and producing advertisements for various publications.
  • Contribute to the writing, designing, and producing of client newsletters and other internal publications.
  • Support vendor relations and distribution of marketing materials across branch offices.
  • Contribute to the production of PowerPoint presentations and videos.
  • Provide content and images for public relations efforts.
  • Assist in conducting market research and planning for new client opportunities and market segments.
  • Contact potential partners in response to RFPs.
  • Monitor local, state, and federal sources for procurement opportunities.
  • Assist with staffing exhibit booths at trade shows to develop client relationships and maintain booth materials.
