Responsibilities
  • Design and own Allvia's channel strategy, including partner segmentation, ideal partner profile, prioritization, and coverage model.
  • Build and manage a target list of benefit brokers, private equity firms, and adjacent referral sources, and expand into additional channels as the model matures.
  • Engage partners at the decision-maker level and articulate the Allvia value proposition.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership and referral agreements with legal, finance, and operating-company leadership.
  • Develop the partner-facing narrative and enablement toolkit, including value propositions, channel positioning, pitch materials, one-pagers, case studies, and objection handling.
  • Own referral and pipeline generation and drive qualified opportunities from partners into Allvia operating companies.
  • Establish a consistent handoff process for partner-sourced opportunities.
  • Partner with operating-company sales leaders to improve conversion of partner-sourced deals.
  • Surface product, service, and process gaps affecting referral volume or partner confidence.
  • Maintain partner and pipeline data in the customer relationship management system and report activity, agreements, referrals, pipeline, and closed-won revenue.
  • Codify a repeatable channel playbook covering outreach, pitching, agreements, onboarding, activation, and partner management.
  • Define the future-state channel team structure, roles, coverage, and compensation design with the Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach channel managers as the model scales; set targets and manage performance.
  • Build the operating cadence for pipeline reviews, partner business reviews, forecasting, and quarterly planning.
  • Work with marketing on partner co-marketing, campaigns, events, and demand-generation programs.
  • Coordinate with operations and service delivery to ensure partner-referred clients receive an onboarding experience that protects the partner relationship.
  • Provide the Chief Revenue Officer and executive team with visibility into channel performance, pipeline contribution, and investment needs.

Fisher will serve as the platform's foundational investment. Founded in 2015 and based in Columbus, Ohio, Fisher provides management consulting across business strategy, sales and marketing, operations, finance, and technology. Trinity Hunt acquires Berger Consulting to build economic consulting platform

Trinity Hunt Partners has acquired Berger Consulting Group, a Los Angeles-based provider of economic consulting and dispute advisory services, to build a national platform in the sector. Founded in 2013, Berger specialises in economic damages analyses, forensic accounting and business valuation reports for plaintiff and defence law firms, particularly in California labour and employment litigation. Founders Bennett Berger, Sean Berger and Jarrett Gorlick will continue in leadership roles. Gary Buckland has joined as chief executive officer. He previously led Lexitas, a litigation support business Trinity Hunt acquired in 2014, through its growth and sale to Apax Partners in 2019. Trinity Hunt plans to expand Berger through organic growth and targeted acquisitions of companies providing economic damages analysis, forensic accounting and valuation services. American Discovery Advisors advised Berger on the transaction.
