Requirements
- 3 + years previous experience working in an analytical role
- Bachelor degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or Business-related discipline would be an advantage
- A strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels
- Advanced data manipulation skills, strong Excel knowledge is essential, with other dashboarding tools such as DOMO, PowerBI advantageous
- Experience using Google Tag manager, Big Query, Data Studio and Google Analytics
- Logical and tenacious approach, with a can-do attitude
- A strong commercial acumen and results driven
- A motivated self-starter who is ambitious & curious, with a desire to test new ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with a variety of styles and personalities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record of being able to multitask
- Experience working in a retail environment would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Responsible for owning, interpreting, and explaining and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly performance against forecast and KPI's
- Manipulate performance data to identify areas to improve efficiency, or opportunities to drive further wins
- Lead on future plans for analytics capabilities within the business with a clear roadmap of dashboarding, insights and recommendations
- Use GA4 and our advertising platforms data to provide insight on the performance of digital marketing to key stakeholders
- Develop a roadmap for automation, including data pipelines, dashboards and reporting to meet the requirements of the business utilizing Google Big Query, Looker Studio and DOMO
- Create a culture of data driven decisions within the performance marketing and web teams and be a soundboard for tests on and off site
- Lead discussions with internal teams including customer insights, merchandising, commercial finance and marketing teams
