Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in automotive, capital equipment, industrial robotics or related industries.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and engineering specifications.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze inspection findings, identify root causes of quality issues, and propose effective corrective actions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with computer applications and software for data entry, documentation, and reporting purposes.
  • High School Diploma required. An Associate's degree in Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming electromechanical components to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and document any deviations or defects in incoming components, providing detailed reports for further analysis and corrective action.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective measures to enhance component quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve incoming inspection processes and enhance overall quality control procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in the incoming inspection process.
  • Uphold a culture of quality excellence by adhering to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
