Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media buying, including programmatic
  • An understanding and interest in programmatic and RTB. Must have a desire to understand technology and strategy, while excelling in data quantifying
  • Experience in Demand Side Platform executions and knowledge of operations
  • Strategic thinking, solution oriented, and proactive client service skills
  • Proven client communication skills
  • Strong issue resolution and problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
  • Professional and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in site tagging/pixel placement and Google Analytics strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of the digital media landscape and the latest Basis products and solutions
  • Using core knowledge and on-the-job training of programmatic to propose strategic tactics that meet client's objectives and KPIs across site direct and programmatic media buys
  • Reviewing campaigns daily while adjusting those that need pacing and optimizations to ensure KPIs are met in order to retain media investment
  • Providing mentoring and guidance to Display Media Buying Associates and working with Campaign Performance Analysts to develop performance stories and highlight the value Basis brings to secure future opportunities
  • Adopting new processes or Basis workflow modifications as introduced to ensure consistent and repeatable processes are used across regions
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with creative, tactics, DSP software, and digital ad campaigns when necessary
  • Providing feedback and participate in BETA testing for new features working with the product team
