Requirements
  • At least 5 years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • At least 3 years of Identity and Access Management experience is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of Technology or Business Controls experience.
  • At least 2 years of Escalation Management or supervisory experience.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
  • Experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, Saviynt, Microsoft Azure Active Directory, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols including Security Assertion Markup Language, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, as well as compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize IAM business operations to align with organizational security and business objectives.
  • Oversee identity governance, user access policies, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, human resources, and business teams to enhance IAM processes, automation, and efficiency.
  • Develop IAM business strategies, metrics, and reporting to measure effectiveness and compliance.
  • Support IAM program initiatives involving role-based access control, privileged access management, cloud, non-human accounts, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, offboarding, and access review processes to maintain security and minimize risk.
  • Manage IAM-related projects and drive continuous improvements in identity governance, workflows, and user experience.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IAM technical teams to translate business needs into actionable IAM strategies.
  • Monitor and enhance IAM risk management processes to ensure timely mitigation of security gaps.
  • Work with vendors, auditors, and regulatory bodies to ensure IAM operations adhere to best practices.

IDEX extends $800M credit facility maturity to 2031

IDEX Corporation has amended its revolving credit facility, extending the maturity date to September 3, 2031, from the previous November 1, 2027. The facility maintains its $800 million principal amount. The agreement, finalised on September 3, 2026, allows for up to $100 million in letters of credit and $50 million in same-day swingline loans. IDEX may request additional lending commitments, capped at a $400 million increase. Bank of America serves as administrative agent, with JPMorgan Chase Bank, PNC Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank as co-syndication agents. The proceeds will fund working capital and general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing debt. The agreement includes standard covenants for senior unsecured credit facilities, featuring a quarterly-tested leverage ratio and restrictions on liens and mergers. Voluntary prepayments are permitted without penalty.
