Description:
The opportunity:
1. Support ADC / NM Operations Training and On-boarding Programs and PR initiatives (e.g. Tours, events, building access, new manpower set-up, data entry, general administrative tasks)
2. Make connections and work closely with our internal business partners to ensure we are providing quality support, as well as with HR/IT/Departments.
Daily Tasks:
1 Support Team in set-up process for new manpower and training at ADC, including but not limited to building access, zones, equipment and program needs, fielding questions and finding solutions to report back to requestor.
2. Work cohesively with training and on-boarding team and reporting any issues as they occur
3. Propose additional communication solutions
4. Understand audience needs and continuously suggest changes to PDCA and enhance services provided
5. Work with entire team to enhance all training and manpower experiences
6. Actively participate in team meetings and support back-up of team events
7. Coordinate training requirements (e.g., Activity sheets, Learning plans, class schedule, registration and materials)
8. Create a great first impression (welcome packages, orientation, associate/department communication etc.)
9. Re-prioritize work schedule based on in-coming project deadlines and never hesitate to ask questions
10. Large portion of position is detailed data tracking for in-coming manpower set-up; inputting data into systems with access and tools necessary for their roles in a timely manner
