Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive global communication strategies aligned with organisational goals and key target audiences, enhancing brand visibility and engagement across all channels.
  • Produce, edit, and proofread a variety of content—including press releases, blog posts, internal communications, and social media posts—that aligns with the brand’s tone and style.
  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, financial products, and market developments to deliver accurate, insightful content that positions the organisation as a thought leader.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with executives, subject matter experts, and marketing teams to gather insights and create engaging, audience-targeted narratives.
  • Monitor and analyse media coverage and industry news to identify opportunities for thought leadership, proactive engagement, and emerging trend responses.
  • Maintain and build media relationships and actively pitch stories to enhance brand exposure.
  • Support and promote events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring cohesive messaging and effective pre- and post-event communication.
  • Engage with online communities and manage social media presence, responding to inquiries and fostering positive brand interactions.
  • Work closely with graphic design and multimedia teams to create visually impactful communication materials that resonate with the audience.
  • Track, analyse, and report communication metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise campaign effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, trends, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and enhance the relevance and effectiveness of communication strategies.
