Requirements
  • At least 7 years of product management experience at fast-paced technology companies, including at least 3 years in go-to-market functions and/or corporate functions.
  • Deep understanding of at least two relevant domains, including sales workflows and customer relationship management systems; customer support operations and help desk platforms; compliance and risk operations and fraud detection systems; financial operations and enterprise resource planning systems; legal operations and contract lifecycle management; or human resources operations and human capital management systems.
  • Ability to build products serving diverse user personas and use cases within a unified platform strategy.
  • Technical fluency with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, agentic systems, workflow automation, and conversational artificial intelligence.
  • Proficiency with Structured Query Language and ability to independently extract, analyze, and interpret data for product decisions.
  • Experience influencing senior leaders and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable business impact through product innovation and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Enterprise AI product roadmap across go-to-market and corporate functions, establishing priorities, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional product development across multiple business domains within a unified platform strategy.
  • Build artificial-intelligence-powered solutions for sales, support, and operations, including account insights, opportunity management, propensity-to-buy signals, customer relationship management workflows, case deflection, intelligent triage, agent assistance, knowledge retrieval, user vetting, fraud detection, compliance investigation dashboards, and workflow orchestration.
  • Build artificial-intelligence-powered solutions for finance, legal, and human resources, including invoice and billing processing, expense management, reconciliation, forecasting and analytics, contract review and generation, clause extraction, compliance tracking, risk assessment, recruiting automation, candidate screening, onboarding workflows, employee self-service, and benefits administration.
  • Leverage the Enterprise AI platform to build agentic solutions using multi-agent architecture, knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and large language model-powered reasoning.
  • Integrate with enterprise systems including Salesforce, Zendesk, Workday, NetSuite, DocuSign, Sift, contract management platforms, human resources information systems, and internal Twilio tools.
  • Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and artificial intelligence and machine learning teams to operationalize models and build scalable, reliable, high-performance production products.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market and corporate-function leaders to understand priorities and challenges and translate them into product requirements and roadmaps.
  • Drive adoption and enablement by working with end users, training teams on new artificial intelligence capabilities, gathering feedback, and iterating on product experiences.
  • Measure and communicate productivity gains, efficiency improvements, cost savings, and business outcomes driven by artificial intelligence products.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with artificial-intelligence-powered sales tools, support automation platforms, compliance and risk management systems, finance tools, legal technology platforms, or human resources automation systems.
  • Knowledge of enterprise platforms including Salesforce, Zendesk, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC; support best practices such as ITIL; operational excellence frameworks; finance practices including financial close, procurement, and financial planning and analysis; legal operations including contract management and matter management; and human resources processes including recruiting, onboarding, and human resources information systems administration.
  • Background building internal tools, operational dashboards, or productivity platforms for business functions.
  • Experience with recommendation systems, predictive analytics, machine-learning-driven insights, document processing, intelligent document understanding, or knowledge management systems.
  • Track record of driving adoption of new products across large, distributed teams.
