Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Advertising, or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-3 years media planning & buying experience at a reputable advertising agency, publisher, or media company
  • Hands-on experience with executing and optimizing paid media campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager, Google DV360, Pinterest, and other buying platforms as well as Email marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of paid media auction landscape and costs
  • Familiarity with branded content development and distribution
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills required
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Responsibilities
  • Lead campaign creation, execution, and optimization, ensure delivery and extract insights to fuel renewals
  • Partner with our social buying agency to support paid social campaigns across Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram
  • Directly launch, manage, and optimize Display and YouTube campaigns via Google’s DV360
  • Manage media budgets and auction dynamics to ensure goals are met at efficient rates
  • Activate Email marketing campaigns through internal channels working closely with internal marketing and email content teams
  • Facilitate internal workflows and processes. Experience with Airtable is a plus!
