Requirements
  • Six to eight years of ambulatory leadership or direct hospital patient care leadership experience.
  • Experience with data analysis and proficiency with Excel.
  • Ability to draft communications and presentations to senior healthcare leaders, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare or business.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a subset of ambulatory service lines, including Women's Health, Reproductive Care, and OB/GYN Clinics.
  • Provide leadership, oversight, and coordination for the service line.
  • Oversee operational, financial, and quality functions.
  • Develop strategic goals, financial planning, policies, and procedures to lead the service lines effectively.
  • Drive staff engagement and patient experience outcomes while ensuring efficient, high-quality care delivery.
  • Partner with physicians, section heads, and medical leadership across specialties to coordinate care processes, optimize patient flow, and improve patient access.
  • Directly oversee five Department Managers and provide indirect supervision for Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Patient Services Specialists, and Patient Care Coordinators.
  • Develop and implement monitoring tools to ensure performance objectives, standards of care, and regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a work environment that supports professional growth, exceptional patient care, and service excellence.
  • Work across multiple hospital domains, work cultures, and union contracts.
  • Maintain current knowledge of local and national trends in ambulatory specialty care.
  • Manage operational and capital budgets.
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong working knowledge of clinic workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of OB/GYN care.
  • A master's degree in business leadership or healthcare leadership.
