INTEGRIS Health Medical Group is seeking a board certified or board eligible OB/GYN to join an established hospital-based practice located at INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital in Yukon, Oklahoma
The OB/GYN would join an established practice with three other OB/GYN’s in the clinic. The outpatient clinic is located in the medical office buildings on the INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley hospital campus, providing easy and quick access to hospital deliveries.

Located off Interstate 40 just a short 16 miles from downtown Oklahoma City, INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley Hospital consists of approximately 180,000 square feet and includes 57 private medical surgical rooms as well as a medical office building. The hospital has a 19-bed women’s unit, 8-bed intensive care unit, 4 general surgery rooms, 2 endoscopy suites and a 15-bed outpatient procedure unit. The 18-bed emergency department is a level III facility, the highest in western Oklahoma. The Physician provides direct patient care.

- Oklahoma MD or DO license
The Physician responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient appropriately and documents information completely by use of written notes or dictation on a timely basis
- Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing
- Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
- Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
- Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
- Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
- Complies with policies and procedures if applicable.
- The Physician is responsible for patients.
