Requirements
  • 5+ years B2B experience
  • 3+ years of team management experience within a structured, quota-carrying sales environment demonstrating achievement performance
  • Experience in successfully mentoring and leading others effectively

Responsibilities
  • Launch, onboard, and scale the South Central regional market
  • Own and drive new market share revenue by leading the team to acquire new SMB relationships through cold call prospecting and local inbound lead generation
  • Execute and implement Sumup University sales process, script, and playbook within the team by riding in the field with reps, observing sales meetings, QA, skill development, and role play
  • Oversee individual sales activity, pipelines, and forecasted team opportunities using measurable and scalable sales tools
  • Develop and maintain strategic sales funnels through local territory prospecting/planning, in-person and remote meetings, and networking
  • Manage individual rep sales behaviors and revenue-generating activity to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Build trust and rapport with direct reports by coaching and enhancing rep selling skills, strategies, and sales confidence
  • Attract, recruit, select, and train successful sales talent
  • Work closely with executive management, sales training, recruiting, marketing, and product teams on strategies/tasks to scale regional market share growth and drive overall business success
